With an impressive academic background, Michael holds an MBA, along with bachelor’s and master’s degrees in engineering. Additionally, he is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, showcasing his commitment to excellence and efficiency in all aspects of his work.
Michael boasts an impressive career spanning over 30 years in Engineering, Manufacturing, and Technology leadership roles. From startups to multinational corporations, he has successfully navigated various industries, from Packaging and Printing to Renewable Energy, Lithium Ion, Metal Food Containers, Plastics Extrusion, and Low-Pressure Molding of Electronics and Medical Devices.
Michael’s leadership has taken him across the globe, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of both domestic and international business landscapes. He has excelled in roles with responsibilities ranging from overseeing single plants to managing operations in multiple facilities.
In his new role, Michael will play a pivotal part in steering Cavist towards its goals, fostering innovation, and ensuring operational excellence. His background in various industries positions him as a versatile leader, ready to tackle the challenges and opportunities that come with leading a dynamic organization like Cavist.
